XTERRA Triathlon Course:
Swim is 1000 yards in
Bike is 10 miles, mostly fire road and double track.
Run is 4 miles on a hilly, challenging 1 loop course.
Duathlon Course:
First run is 1 mile
Bike is 10 miles, mostly fire road and double track.
Second run is 4 miles on a hilly, challenging 1 loop course.
Free BBQ for all competitors post race.
